The students especially enjoyed the Antony Gormley sculpture, especially since we'd 3 students taking Art as an A Level subject amongst us.

  Contacted Oxford Tour Guides to discuss bringing a group of 45 by coach for the day. We considered the needs of the group and settled on a 90 minute walking... read more tour. Sandra suggested that she would meet the coach at the services just outside the city and accompany us in. This worked well because we had a refreshment stop before proceeding to our drop off point. Sandra met up with her colleague Donna and the group split into two and enjoyed an excellent tour. The feedback from group members was very positive and we felt we had learned a lot. The presentations were knowledgeable and delivered with humour. We were encouraged to ask questions and never felt we were being rushed along. Highly recommended!

  Oxford Tour Guides tailored a tour specifically for our requirements. We were a group of six architects and requested a tour of historic and notable new buildings. We had some... read more knowledge of Oxford (I was an architecture student there 45 years ago!!) but were not up to date with the latest developments. Our guide, Victoria, showed us buildings we weren't aware of, gained access to some we would not have seen on our own and gave us interesting insights to the University. We all thoroughly enjoyed the two hours, which passed all too quickly. Excellent.

  It was a drizzly grey day with lots of Christmas stalls to change the face of Oxford so I didn't know how well this tour would go down with our... read more teenagers. For us as adults it was fascinating to learn the history and traditions of this beautiful City. Seeing inside the Divinity School was stunning - a masterpiece of architecture, beauty and patronage. Our teens were awed by the scale of the University and even impressed by the history at the Museum of the History of Science. Sandra's knowledge was encyclopaedic; she had the perfect touch to engage with all of us & wasn't phased by anything. Thanks so much Sandra - inspirational!
